proxhr, Inc. operates as a secure gateway that facilitates real-time connections between human resource systems and authorized users. We do not store employment or income data. We do not sell, license, or share Personal Information with third parties except as described below.

We retain only operational metadata: transaction logs, security logs, error logs, and billing records. This metadata is necessary to facilitate operations, meet legal record-keeping requirements, prevent fraud, and provide support.

We route requests from authorized users to employers only. We do not use data for advertising or marketing.
4. Strictly Necessary/Session Cookies.
We do not use cookies to track you in any way, other than session cookies that are essential for the operation of our website. We use a session cookie to identify you during a single visit so that you remain logged in as you move between pages. These cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted when you close your web browser.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
